HOW SPECIFIC DO I HAVE TO BE WHEN LISTING MY ORDER ITEMS?

The more descriptive you can be the better. For example, instead of just putting down, "soup." Writing: "campbell's tomato basil 250mL soup" will lead to better and more accurate order deliveries. Another option is to specify the price or other quality of a product. "Cheapest available pasta sauce" for example.

CAN I PAY ONLINE?

Unfortunately not at this time, payment must be made in-person. This is due to the fact that much of the delivery fee is dependent upon the grocery order cost, which cannot be determined until after we have already set out to complete your order.

HOW DO I USE COUPONS OR GIFT CARDS?

When paying in-person once your items are being delivered, simply tell the JB's Delivers employee who is collecting the payment that you have a gift card or coupon and they will apply it for you.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I ORDER?

You can order any items from any local stores except alcohol. There are no restrictions such as only being able to order groceries or supplies. If a local store offers it, we can pick it up except if it is an alcoholic beverage.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We will generally be able to deliver either the day of or the next day of you creating your order, an agreed upon delivery date and time will be created on a per-order basis.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM OR MINIMUM ORDER COST?

No! Your order can be as small or large as you want.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER AFTER I ALREADY SUBMITTED IT?

Just contact us by email, telephone, or through the built-in website chatbox and our support team will assist you in the best way they can.

WILL I BE SAFE FROM COVID IF I USE YOUR SERVICE?

We will take the risk so that you don't have to. JB's Deliveries allows you to get your groceries without the need of any sort of contact with other people and let's you stay safe in your own home.
